Richard DeForge, 84, of Lakewood, CO passed away on January 22, 2015 in Sun City, AZ. He was born on May 20, 1930 in Unity, ME to Rosario and Marion DeForge. Richard served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He was an engineer, working in the telecommunication industry. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 yrs, Kathy; eight children, Ronald DeForge, Jeanette and Stanley Buch, Richard DeForge, Judi and Brad Haymes, Christina (Chris-Cross) and Tom Rosenof, Shane and Michele Snyder, Tara and Chad Harris, Trent and Cheryl Snyder, grandchildren, BreAnne and Jacob Tews, Jessica Buch, Cody and Kaylee DeForge, McKayla Haymes, Lyndsey and Dylan Lindauer, Quincey, Mackenzey and Reiley Snyder, Mariah and Makerah Harris, Brooke & Shaye Snyder,great grandchildren, Asher, Tucker and Raimey Lindauer, a sister-in-law, Marlene DeForge and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion and his only brother, Larry and a nephew Steve DeForge. The Memorial Mass will be at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Christ on the Mountain Parish, 13922 W. Utah Ave., Lakewood, CO, United States Air Force Military Honors will immediately follow in the church garden. Arrangements are entrusted to Sunland Mortuary, Sun City, AZ 623-933-0161.
