Rick was born in Phoenix, Arizona on January 8, 1957 to Frances and Avon Manery. Rick grew up with his sister, Evonne and brother, Glen. Growing up Rick spent lots of time with the large extended family that included grandparents, aunts, uncles and dozens of cousins.
Rick graduated from Sunnyslope High School. Shortly after high school, Rick married his high school sweetheart. After sometime in the tire business, Rick followed the family tradition and joined his father in the tile business.
Rick’s family added three daughters. In addition to enjoying time with his girls and extended family, he also enjoyed the Manery fast car experience. Weekends racing or watching races was a favorite pastime.
Rick’s great smile and string of jokes will be missed by friends and family alike.
Rick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amos and Mae Manery and Glen and Zoe Ferguson, and his parents Avon and Frances Manery. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle (Ryan), Melissa, and Danielle (Tyler) and seven grandchildren, Sommer, Bennett, Liliana, Hudson, Ellie, Isabelle, Layla, sister Evonne (Doug), and brother John Glen.
