Ronald E. Briese, 87, of Sun City passed away May 2, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Jacqueline (Jackie), daughter Diane Wieland and sons Steve and Eric as well as 5 grandchildren. Born in Creston, Iowa Ronald completed his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 1961. He and Jackie raised their family in Norwalk, Iowa and opened his own CPA firm in Des Moines, Iowa. Jackie worked as his assistant until they retired to Sun City in 1994. Ron had a quick wit that endeared him to all he met. He deeply loved his wife, children and grandchildren and was always available for advice and comfort. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
