Desmond "Dezi" Dakota-Levi, 16, of Surprise, AZ peacefully passed away May 3, 2013 in Phoenix. He was born on April 2, 1997, in Silvis, IL, the youngest of five. Dezi endured many physical challenges throughout his life. Those challenges never stopped him from sharing his beautiful bright smile and the excitement and wonder in his eyes with all those he knew. Dezi was a sophomore at Shadow Ridge High School. He loved everything about school, his teachers, the students' music, art and dance. His eyes would light up with joy when in the presence of any animal. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving Mother, Agnes L. Terronez; three Brothers, Jared, Isaac and Carlos; two Sisters, Jennelle and Rita; Uncles, Clay and Jessie McGown an Aunt Carol Wannenmacher; many nieces, nephews and friends. The visitation will be from 5-9 pm, Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ. The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 9, 2013.
