Dorothy M. Moss, 88, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on March 7, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Roger) Neumann, grandchildren, Jenny (Michael) Balbarin, Janet (Milan) Veverka and Tony (Genesis) Neumann, great grandchildren, Maddie and Emma Balbarin and Olive and Edith Veverka and brother, Conrad Budde. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at 10:30 A.M. at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 14650 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ 85374.
