Erminda E. Retherford, 86, died Thursday October 6th at her granddaughter's home in Surprise, Arizona. Born October 23, 1934, in Las Nutrias, New Mexico, she was the daughter of Polocarpio and Salome Lopez.
Erminda is survived by her son Leonard E. Hunter of Peeples Valley; a sister Evangelina R Archuletta of Cortez, Colorado; a brother Tito Lopez of Ogden, Utah; 7 grandchildren, Stacy Moore, Cristy Bell, Anita Elliott, Melissa Moore, Kira Medina, Merriah Linga, and Logan Hunter. She had 14 greatgrandchildren of Arizona and 1 of New York. She had 5 nieces, 1 nephew, 9 great nieces and nephews, and one great grand niece. Services will be on November 13, 2021 at Genung Memorial Cemetery in Peeples Valley at 11 o'clock AM.
