Fabiola Marie Porter, age 86, of Surprise, AZ, (formerly of Warwick, RI.) passed away on 12/05/20. She was born on 9/22/34 to the late Arthur and Angelina DesCoteaux. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Donald Porter, and her sisters Cynthia Garriepy and Jacqueline Lupo. She was a kind and energetic person who enjoyed socializing. She loved word games and was an avid Scrabble player. Prior to retirement, she worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance. She is survived by her loving husband of five years Thomas Hayes; brothers Wendell and Arthur DesCoteaux; children, Steven (Sue) Porter and Karen (Rick) Vochatzer; grandchildren Kristen, Dan (Melissa), Hannah, and Gunnar. She will be dearly missed by her family, community, and her many Bocce and Mexican Train Dominoes friends. Due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
