I'm going to miss you brother. I know you are in heaven now and will always be watching over us. You were a great friend and good man. You cared so much for the ones that called you friend. We had some great times my friend. I will miss you BJ.

BJ, known you a long time brother. I'm sorry life dealt you the hand it did. You lived it with dignity. You will be missed. My prayers are with your family at this time. God's speed brother. Miss you man.

I heard countless stories about BJ this past week, shared and retold by those that knew him best. Listening to all these memories as I watched and listened, I realized that BJ had an impact on all of us. 

BJ, I hate that we have to say good-bye so soon but good-byes always come sooner than we would have them come. I consider it an honor and a privilege to not only know you but to call you my true familywhile you were on this Earth and though your Earthly body no longer casts a shadow that mortal eyes can see, I know you are walking towards those Pearly Gates free of the burden you carried for so long and I hope God sees fit to welcome you home with the most beautiful rendition of Stairway to Heaven you ever heard. I love you forever BJ.

You were truly a gem of a human being. You were like another brother to me, and we were so lucky and fortunate to have had you as a part of our lives. We love you and will always miss having Beej around.

BJ- my favorite buddy of all time. Thank you for being my best bud for 19 years - you were an incredible friend to me and I'm so grateful for all our wonderful memories together. The thing I remember most about our friendship is laughing. You were so funny, and we spent most of our time laughing. I am a better person just by knowing you. I'm crushed that you are gone, that I won't ever receive texts or calls from you again ... BJ, The first time I met you we instantly became Best Friends!  You were always there for me and had my back no matter what!  I value and appreciate all the time we had together and wish that we could continue many more.  I will miss you so much, and look forward to seeing you in Heaven.

Although we will never understand why, I will keep our memories close to my heart. You were always kind to me.
