

Jim met the love of his life, Sandie Comise with whom he shared 58 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and so many cherished memories.
Known for his easy going personality, Jim had a heart full of generosity and knack for bringing joy to others. His unique perspective on life always brought laughter, as his witty remarks never failed to leave family and friends smiling and wondering what he would say next.
Jim loved Elvis Presley, whose music brought him joy throughout his life, and he was passionate about old cars, often reminiscing about the classics and their timeless beauty.
A hardworking man, Jim dedicated 40 years of his life as a forklift operator. His tireless commitment, including countless hours of overtime, provided a beautiful life for his family - a testament to his unwavering love and devotion.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ruth Comise and his two brothers, Ronnie and Frank Comise.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandie Comise; his sister, Grace Comise; his daughters, Paige Comise and Heather Marzano; his son-in-law, Chuck Marzano; his sister-in-law, Denise Donlan; his brother-in-law, John Donlan. Jim was a proud grandfather to Tom, Amanda, Jimmy, Ricky, Dan, John, Camren and Megan, and a loving great-grandfather to Delaney, T.J. Vada, Dominic, Luca and Dean. He also leaves behind several loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation for the care and compassion they received during this difficult time.
Jim’s legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to his family will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A visitation for James will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 West Bell Road, Surprise, Arizona 85374, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
