Jason Thomas Lopez,of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on June 02, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kayce Lopez; his son Anthony Lopez; and his daughter, Victoria (Michelo Hernandez) Lopez; his grandchild, Giovanni Hernandez; his father-in-law, John McAtee, and his mother-in-law, Sue McAtee; his mother, and his sister.
