Joan Schmid-Gilroy, 90, passed away on January 21, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Margaret Savage; husband, Donald C. Schmid; and her sister, Rose Giammarrusco (Jack, deceased). She is survived by her loving husband, Keith Gilroy; her sister, Mary LeFevre (Roy, deceased); her brother, John Savage (Evelyn); her daughter, Susan Schmid McGriff (Richard, deceased); her son, Don Schmid, (Sheral); her grandchildren, Malia (Aaron) Hodges, Michelle (Eric) Sorenson, Amy (Shane) Huyser, Arielle Schmid, Lisa (Jimmy) Nguyen, and Giang (Mindy) Nguyen; and 17 great-grandchildren.
