POTOCZNY, John Andrew, 74, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on September 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Potoczny and Rosalia Grombik Potoczny; and his son, Steven Potoczny. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Piczur Potoczny; daughter, Eva Potoczny Galindo and her husband, Edgar Galindo; and grandsons, Alexander Galindo and Andrew Galindo.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Surprise Funeral Care, and Interment will be at Sunland Memorial Park at 15826 Del Webb Blvd., in Sun City, Arizona at 1:30 PM.
