Juan was born on August 10, 1939, in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico.
He worked a short summary of his career as a grocery store clerk. He was actively involved and passionate when it came to church, the salvation army, camping and baseball.
Juan is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Celia Perez. He is survived by his wife Lucy Perez, daughter Naomi Perez, sons David Perez, Sam Perez, Steven Perez, and his 8 grandchildren, as well as his 7 great-grandchildren.
