June Marie Fine passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and fur baby Bailey on January 21, 2026, in Surprise, Arizona, at age 84. She was born in the spring of May 19th, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, to loving parents Florence and Maxwell Rogers. Her childhood was filled with cherished joyous memories with her siblings, learning, laughing, and growing up together. She completed high school and entered the workforce, using her natural wit and skills to explore career options.
June is described as having an analytical and dynamic mind. Her multilevel skill sets, which she gained throughout her work experience, led to her tenure as a Lab Technician for The Dial Corporation, where she ensured quality, testing, stability, and documentation of products, making her a valued asset to the Henkel company.
June is a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt, and companion to all who had the privilege to know her. She is preceded in death by two sons, her parents, and friends she cherished.
June had a caring touch with all she handled. She was known to have a few natural talents, such as having a green thumb. June was able to make even the most sensitive of flowers bloom beautifully, even in the scorching heat of Arizona.
June loved spending quality time with those she cared for. She was known as the Queen Bee to a community of lovely ladies she bonded with. The Bees spent over a decade gathering to share harmonious hive happenings with one another, which filled all their hearts with warmth. A Bee Booklet was dedicated to her in January of 2026, which remains a special keepsake to June forevermore.
June had a grace and glow that would make many describe her as a saint. She was approachable, easy-going, and had a deep faith as she served as a parishioner at St. Joachim and St. Anne in Sun City, Arizona.
June valued her faith, family, compassion, and joy throughout her life and will be deeply missed by all she has known. She leaves behind her fur baby Bailey, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, extended relatives, and many friends who loved her dearly.
