GREEN, Kourtnee Ni'Qua, 38, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on September 11, 2015. She is survived by her loving parents, her devoted mother, Senoria Rogers, and her step-father, Lonnie Rogers; her brother, Kevin Butler, and her twin brother, Kasey Green.
