Mary Jeanette Bartholomew

Mary Jeanette Bartholomew, known as Jan to her family and many friends, passed away on October 18, 2012 at the age of 81. She was born on April 4, 1931 in Junction City, KS, one of four children to Raymond J. and Lena M Murray. Jan married the love of her life, Ross C. Bartholomew on November 16, 1956 in Wichita, KS. Jan was a homemaker who took great pride in her family. Throughout the years she also, worked for the Bell Telephone Co., the S&A Electrical Contracting Co. and was the Best Avon Sales Representative. Jan is survived by her beloved husband Ross, loving daughter Tina (William) Baldwin; two dear granddaughters Emillie Dombrowski and Cydnie Baldwin; one brother Bernard Murray and one sister Leona (Darrell) Schmidt. She is preceded in death by her sister Patricia Ann Murray and both her parents. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Rd., Mesa, AZ with the Visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM, at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ.
