

He was born on November 11, 1943 in Whitehall, New York where he grew up and went to high school. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for twenty two years. After his military service, he worked at the Veterans Association briefly and then began working with the United States Post Office, where he retired after twenty three years. He was actively involved with the Thai Buddhist temple in Waddell, Arizona. He enjoyed the classic Western genre in books, television shows and movies.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Clara and Charles Chaplin, his older sister, Gloria Chaplin, and younger brother, Michael Chaplin. He is survived by his loving wife, Bualoy Chaplin, his daughter, Jo Fuhrmann and husband, Doug, his sons: William Chaplin, Prasert Chaplin and wife, Diane, his granddaughter Sarah Chaplin and grandson, Jonathan Chaplin, and older sister, Daisy. Morgan was a loving husband and father. He was funny and witty. He was loved and respected by all that knew him.
His memory lives on with all that were able to experience him and love him.
