

A memorial and funeral service for Robert will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7950 W Pinnacle Peak Road, Peoria, Arizona 85383.
A committal service will occur Monday, February 12, 2024 from 9:30 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
Robert B. Kinniburgh, a U.S. Air Force veteran of WWII and the Korean War, and retired business owner passed away in hospice care with his wife, Anna, by his side, on February 1, 2024. Robert was a member of St. Haralambos Church in Peoria, Arizona. He was a long-time member of the El Zaribah Shrine Temple and was a member of the Phoenix York Rite of Freemasonry for more than 50 years.
Robert was a skilled and talented man who enjoyed building and creating new things, and especially enjoyed taking old, broken and discarded items and making them useful again. He loved checking out garage sales for treasures and unusual objects, and he worked tirelessly to keep an immaculate home and yard. He enjoyed traveling, learning about history, eating good food, and celebrating with friends and family. He loved his family above all else, and he was beloved by many dear friends over the years.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, sister Mildred, brothers James and William, his son, Randy and son-in-law, George. Robert is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Anna, his son, Robert and granddaughter Amanda Hess, her husband Garth, and grandsons, Gabriel and Gregory; daughter Mary Grossman and grandson Michael; daughter Connie
Cowen, granddaughters Brittany and Jamie Cowan, great-granddaughter Chanel; stepdaughter Irene Navis and step son-in-law Richard Navis, granddaughter Julie Navis, grandson Christian Navis, stepdaughter Maria Matheos, and step son-in-law Stratis Matheos, grandson Stefan, and granddaughter Katerina Baker and her husband Wesley Baker, and his nephew Rick Kinniburgh.
