Ron was born July 10, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ronald Emer Ashcroft, Sr. and Eva Miller Ashcroft. He was sealed to Beverly McQuade Ashcroft in the Mesa, Arizona Temple.
He is preceded in death by his mother and his sister Debra.
He is survived by his wife Beverly, their 9 children, 19 grandchildren, and by his father, step-mother, Ruth and 5 siblings. He has served as the LDS prison chaplain at the Adobe Mountain Detention Center for 3 years. He served in the LDS Mesa Temple for the last 5 years. He devoted his life to his wife and family and he will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the LDS Stake Center located at 3527 W. Happy Valley Rd. in Glendale. The viewing is at 9:30 AM and Memorial Services at 11:00 AM followed by graveside services at Phoenix Memorial Cemetery.
