April 21, 1937 - July 25, 2016
Paul Carr, eldest son of Colin and Charlotte, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2016 in Surrey B.C. He is predeceased by his wife Sharon; to whom he was happily married for 50 years. He will be greatly missed by his two brothers, Don (Helen) and Dave (Marion), sister Jean, as well as his two sons, Greg and Steve (Carly), grandchildren, Daylan, Taylor (Daniel), Georgia and Sydney, plus three nieces, Heather, Jennifer (Rob), and Carla, and one nephew, Martin.
In 1956 Paul started his long career as a maintenance planner with Canadian Pacific Airlines and retired in 1985 briefly only to work for a few more years doing a work he enjoyed.
Paul married his sweetheart of 5 years in July 1961. They raised their family in Richmond B.C. and enjoyed many summers at their getaway cottage in Point Roberts. Paul enjoyed meeting with his friends and family and enjoyed his walks with Georgia and Sydney. There will be a celebration of life for Paul at a private venue On Saturday September 10, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada.
