

It is with great sadness that the family of David Bramley announce his passing on September 25, 2024 in Langley Hospice after his courageous battle with cancer.
David was born in England on September 19, 1957 to Oliver and Rose Bramley. He was one of 6 children. In the early years the family immigrated to Canada where they began a new life in Vancouver.
He lived an active lifestyle working out, walking, hiking trails, cycling and lots of travelling. David worked in construction, building the skytrain, Surrey Hospital and courthouse as well as Golden Ears Bridge. He also worked for 14 years at Domtar paper mill and Fleetwood Villa as the Director of Environmental Services.
David is survived by his wife of 41 years Sharon, children Jennifer (Kirk), Patrick (Tenaya), granddaughters Olivia, Luna, brothers Rob (Irene), Alan (Lynn), Doug (Val) as well as many family members and friends. He was predeceased by sisters Jean and Helen, parents Rose and Oliver.
His friendliness and kindness to all people, his devotion and love to his family, friends and pets is a tribute to the beauty of his heart and soul. David's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to have known him. His legacy will live on through the values he instilled into his children.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre on October 19th, 2024.
