Donna May Dancey

Our hearts are heavy with grief as we announce the passing of Donna May Dancey. She is survived by her devoted husband Don; her younger sister Joyce; daughters Kathy (George) and Sharon, sons Bill and Steve (Wendy); grandchildren: Michael, Shaun, Vincent, Dariane, and Logan; as well as great-grandchildren.

She was involved in may organizations such as BC Soccer – youth soccer, Kent Street Activity Centre, White Rock Lawn Bowling Club and for more than 20 years she was part of the Social Committee for Searidge Bays mobile home park.

Outside of these, she had many more friend and acquaintances. She started her work career as a Key-Punch Operator. Then she transferred into housekeeping\executive housekeeper for many years. After that she worked at Tim Hortons and worked as a nanny to two young children that she adored.

She will be missed by all the people she knew. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Kidney, Lung, and Heart Foundations in honour of her.

A Service of Remembrance and Celebration will be held at Victory Memorial Gardens 14831 28 Avenue, Surrey, BC at 2:00pm on November 29, 2023.
