EN EL CUIDADO DE

Victory Memorial Park & Funeral Centre

Lovingly Remembered

Gail passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her mother Aileene and her father Frederick; by her mother-in-law Hilda and her father-in-law Albert; and by her brother Donald.

Gail will be lovingly and forever missed by her husband Dave; by her son Shawn, her daughter-in-law Michelle, and her grand-daughters Zoe and Ione; and by her daughter Katherine and her grand-daughter Luca.

Gail’s memory will continue to touch her sister JoAnne, her brother-in-law Ken, and her nieces & nephews Julie, Jeffrey, Shelley, and Michael; her sister-in-law Sharon and her nieces & nephews Nancy, Christine, and Scott; her brother-in-law Roger and her nieces Kelly and Kari; her cousins Linda, Luanne, and Barb; and by all of their spouses, children, and grand-children.

Gail will be fondly remembered by her life-long friends Linda and Bill and their children Jennifer & Gregory; and by Doug and Martha and their children Matthew, Zachary, and Joseph.

Gail’s memory will also be present among her friends from her painting, gem & metalsmithing, and swimming groups she relished belonging to throughout her retirement years.

Gail was well-known for her love of family, and she felt all time spent together was special: dining together and driving together; splashing in the pool or in the waves at the beach; watching movies and television shows; flower gardening and marvelling at nature; painting, crafting, and dabbling in jewelry & stone work.

Gail loved her pets, animals, and backyard birds with all her heart, and always enjoyed her many outings to beautiful gardens, parks, forests, and beaches. She never tired of looking at the snow capped majesty of Mt. Baker, or wandering in the tidal pools along White Rock beach, immersed in the beauty around her.

Gail’s family would like to thank the first responders and medical professionals who provided her with exceptional health care over the past few years.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, Gail would be pleased with donations made in her honour to the ‘Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada’ or the ‘BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’.
