It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother Isabel, who was an inspiration
to all who knew her. Mom was born in Lachute Quebec, and she and Dad moved to Vancouver in 1978.
She was predeceased by her husband Jim in 2003. She is survived, loved and remembered by her children
Jim Duncan Jr. (Sandy), Doreen Duncan Black (Ian) & step-children Robert Duncan (Marion) and Jean Meldrum,
also her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom had many good friends over her life.
Above all else she was a kind and compassionate person, who helped other people whenever she could.
Special thanks to all the staff at Fleetwood Villa, Surrey B.C. for their exceptional care and attention over the years.
