April 16,1944 – September 25,2015

It is with great sadness we say goodbye to our mom, grandma, and friend. Pat was born in Toronto, Ontario and then raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her childhood wish came true and she was able to devote herself to raising a family with her loving husband Ron, with whom we lay her to rest. She will be missed and remembered with admiration by her children, grandchildren, extended family and very close friends.

When we think of sheets and towels fresh off the clothesline, planters full of spring flowers - gerainums, pink comfy bathrobes and isotoner slippers, POP – UPS, pin cushions and threaded needles, Dristan and wrapped candies, carpet in the kitchen, fresh cut lawn, dinner at White Spot – remember Chicken Pickin’s, bottle of water in the car – always, Kleenex (pockets, bags, sleeves), family dinners at the table, Cala Lilys, premade dishes of food for all the family dogs, gardening gloves, beautiful china dolls, garage sales and craft fairs, every flyer, coupon and deal to be had, MOM we will remember you, everywhere we look, you are there. On Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 at Victory Memorial Park in Surrey, there will be a family burial service followed by a 10 o’clock tea. The family invites you to join them at the tea to share and support during this unexpected time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat’s memory to the charity of your choice.
