Rebecca Joy Hammar (Hamilton) September 26, 1960- March 4, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rebecca in Langley on March 4, 2016 at the age of 55. Rebecca is survived by her loving husband Tom (son Nick) and her children, Christine (Joce), Brad and the light of her life, grandson Matthew. Rebecca loved to laugh, take on new adventures and travel the world. She was a warm and loving person with a great sense of humour- she lit up a room with her smile and sassy personality. Her favorite place to be was on a hot sunny beach with her husband and a tropical drink in hand. She will be greatly missed by so many people. A celebration of her life will be held on March 19, 2016 at 1 pm at Fraser Heights Chapel in Surrey, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Canadian Mental Health Association (www.cmha.bc.ca).
