April 3, 2025, marked the peaceful passing of Timothy Jay Hallam at the age of 73, surrounded by loved ones.
Tim was a devoted husband to Linda Hallam, his partner and steadfast companion for 53 years. Together, they built a family filled with love, laughter, and strong bonds.
Tim was the proud father of his 'baby girls'; Tammy Akmens (Hallam) and Jaime Hallam, who brought him immense joy and pride. He deeply adored his sons-in-law; Aleks Akmens and David Weston as well as his grandchildren; Kendyll Akmens, Brandon Weston, and Jacob Weston, whose lives he enriched with wisdom, humor and unwavering support. He always had a special place in his heart for Buddy, his loyal and loving dog and nap partner.
Tim is son to amazing and loving parents, preceding him in death, are Thomas and Vivian Hallam (Livingstone). Remaining to cherish Tim's memory are brother, Jim Hallam, and sisters, Merry Hallam and Terry Hallam Gloeckner.
An enthusiast of family time, Tim's happiest moments were spent surrounded by those he cared for most. His days were filled with music from his cherished record collection, the excitement of watching sports-especially the Masters, attending concerts, and the thrill of trivia challenges that showcased his sharp mind. Tim's presence was as warm and vibrant as the laughter that often filled his home.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to be free
Blackbird, fly
Blackbird, fly
Into the light of the dark black night
Blackbird, fly
Blackbird, fly
Into the light of the dark black night
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
