Carol A. (St. Pierre) Tobin, age 71, of Swansea, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Paul L. Tobin Jr. to whom she has been married for the past 45 years.
Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Leo C. and Albortine (Godbois) St. Pierre, she was a lifelong resident of Swansea.
In addition to being a homemaker, Carol enjoyed playing bingo and going to Twin River Casino. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Paul M. Tobin and his companion Deborah Page of Somerset, Karen A. Tobin and her companion Jameson Levesque of Swansea, Monica E. Tobin and her companion Jason Ferreira of Swansea and Gregory Cyr; two grandchildren, Jaiden and Jozie Ferreira and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Virginia Tobin-Reynolds and Ann Marie Tavares.
Her Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Relatives and friends invited. Contributions in her honor may be made to Southcoast V.N.A., 200 Mill Rd., Fairhaven, MA 02719. Burial private.
