Catherine G. Jordan

Catherine G. (Krauzyk) Jordan, age 78, of Swansea passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Charlton Memorial Hospital after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Harry F. Jordan to whom she had been married for 52 years.

Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Adam and Ludovina (Ponte) Krauzyk, she was a resident of Fall River before moving to Swansea 38 years ago. Mrs. Jordan enjoyed spending time with her family and sunset walks on the beach with her husband.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her two sons Kevin Jordan and his wife Laurie of Rehoboth and Christopher Jordan of Fall River; four grandchildren Kyla Jordan, Haley Jordan and her husband Tyler Fournier, Hannah Jordan and Tyler Jordan; four brothers and sisters, John Krauzyk Elaine Blair and Madeline Sale all of Fall River and Adam Krauzyk of Tiverton and many nieces and nephews.

She was also the sister of the late Henry, Ronald and Thaddeus Krauzyk.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 9AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea followed by her Funeral Mass at 10AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 530 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7PM.
