David E. Gagnon, age 36, of Swansea, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 after a long struggle with addiction. Born in Fall River, the son of Edward G. and Christine (Baldaia) Gagnon of Swansea, he was a lifelong area resident.
He attended Joseph Case High School and worked in the roofing and construction industry for many years. David had a great sense of humor, he loved music and playing his guitar.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister: Elizabeth Gildred and her husband Terrence of Taunton, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 11:00AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Road, Swansea. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours prior to his service from 9:00 to 11:00AM. Burial in Vinnicum Woods Cemetery, Swansea.
