Born in Canton, China, he came to Fall River in 1967 and has been a resident of Somerset since 1978.
He was the Head Chef at China Royal Restaurant in Fall River for many years. He enjoyed cooking and helping people.
He is survived by four daughters, Cai Quing Lu and, Cai Dong Kwan both of Somerset, Joy Chiu of Boston, Alice Eng of Swansea, two sons, Xian Hung of Brighton, and Arthur Wong of Wellesley, sixteen grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
