

Born in Concord, NH, a daughter of Fannie (Roach) Palmer of Eliot, ME and the late Edward Palmer. She spent her youth in Maine and lived in Dracut for over forty years before moving to Swansea.
A graduate of Marshwood High School, Class of 1968, she received her Associate’s Degree from the University of Maine, Orono. She worked as a Vet Tech at the Linwood Animal Hospital for many years.
Lainey was an animal lover of all, especially horses. She raised, trained and showed horses which was her passion. Her current horse Barney is trained in Equine Therapy for children with special needs.
She was involved in Girl Scouts, Brownie and Boy Scouts leadership and always made an impact on young lives, especially within the 4-H Program. While living in Dracut, she was a long-time member of the Garden Club and Christ Church United.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Jeremy Frissell and his wife Christine of Rehoboth; one daughter, Tammy Deppe of Salisbury; four grandchildren, Jakob and Billie Katherine Deppe, Macy and Morgan Frissell and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Brad and Steve Palmer and Kathy Palmer Peterson.
Private arrangements are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, Swansea. Contributions in her honor may be made to the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation, 1661 Worcester Rd., Suite 201, Framingham, MA 01701.
