Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Eugene and Elizabeth (Kelly) Sullivan she spent her earlier years in Fall River before moving to Somerset in 1960. Mrs. Mullins was a graduate of BMC Durfee High School, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Bryant College and later received her Master’s Degree in Education from Suffolk University. She was employed as a Teacher in the Fall River School Department for 20 years and prior to that worked for Firestone Tire & Rubber in Fall River.
She is survived by her three sons Francis “Frank” J. Mullins and his wife Cynthia of Somerset, Robert Mullins and his wife of Marlene of Hopkinton, and John Mullins and his wife Lori of Somerset; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral arrangements were in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Homes of Memorial Tribute at Birchcrest. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Francis of Assisi Church, 530 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea, MA 02777.
