Born in Middleboro, a daughter of the late Curtis C. and Jacqueline A. (Thorpe) Savaria, she had been a resident of Swansea for the past 30 years.
She attended Westport High School and worked as a Senior Clerk for the Dighton Sewer Department. A true people person, she cherished her family, friends and her beloved cats, Groot, Piper, Princess, Lenny, Squiggy, Precious Ruby and Pearl.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Christian “CJ” Anger; one sister, Aubrey Savaria; mother-in-law, Theresa Chabot and her husband Rene; father-in-law, Irving Anger and his wife Cherril; sister-in-law Tracey Pavao and her husband Eric; sister-in-law, Shelley Baker and her husband Kenny and many nieces and nephews.
Anyone who truly knew Joelle knew that she had such a big heart, she brought love to everyone she met. She always lit up a room. She will be remembered by her contagious laugh and vivacious personality. She loved fiercely and deeply, with all her heart, and we take comfort knowing she is now at peace. To say that she will be missed dearly is an understatement.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Somerset.
