Kyle Henry Beach

Kyle Henry Beach (1937-2017), age 80, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. He was the loving husband of Arlene (Card) Beach for whom he was married for 38 years. Born in Mosheim, TN, the son of the late Tivas and Maggie Lee Beach of Mosheim, TN. Longtime resident of Swansea, MA and Frostproof, FL. He was a 20 year Veteran of the US Navy, achieving rank of Chief Petty Office. He served three tours of Vietnam with numerous accommodations. After his retirement from the US Navy, he worked at Rhode Island Hospital as a turbine engineer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles. He had a passion for taking care of his 45 year old Sears craftman tractor. He will be remembered for his love of life, animals and family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jeannie Tyson, of Greeneville, TN, the late Patricia (Beach) O’Sullivan and her husband Michael O’Sullivan of Newport, RI, Kyle H. Beach, Jr. and his wife Christine of Somerset, MA, Jefferey Gonsalves and his wife Juli Parker of Swansea, MA, James R. Beach and his wife Melanie of Fall Branch, TN, and Glen Gonsalves and his wife Nicole of Somerset, MA. He has numerous step-children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

His Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 10:00AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Road, Swansea, MA 02777. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Kyle’s name may be made to: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
