Albert Clement Harriet

Albert was the son of the late Joseph and Faustina (Bates) Harriet. He was also predeceased by his son Kenneth (Karen), brothers Arthur, Joseph, Ernest, William, and his wife Judy.

Albert is survived by his son Albert (Kim), stepdaughter/sister-in-law Crystal (Gerard) McMaster, grandchildren Jonathan (Emily), Tyler (Alex), Ryan (Kayla), Jonathan (Kelsey), Shaylynn and Carter McMaster, and great-grandchildren Chloe, Lucas, Ryder, Ellie, Colby, and Benjamin.

Albert was an outdoorsman who loved nature and spent countless hours fishing. He was generous, fun-loving, and will be remembered for his cheerful smile.

Once Albert retired from the CBRM, he moved to Grand River with his late wife Judy, and they enjoyed playing darts, cards, and socializing with their friends. He always helped his neighbors and continued to do so when they moved back to Sydney prior to residing at Harbourstone Enhanced Care.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Harbourstone (Levatte’s Lane) and the staff at the CBRH for their compassionate care.

Arrangements have been entrusted to TW Curry Funeral Home, and a Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 am with Fr. Conrad Edwards officiating.
