Anne was always more concerned with others than herself. She made her home the hotbed of activity making everyone who entered feel comfortable and at home. From her traditional Christmas Party, to her Boxing Day bash, she was always keen and excited to welcome people. Her food dishes were enjoyed by all and her 5 Star Bars were always a hit.
She took great pride in her home inside and out. She particularly loved her yard and garden – especially trimming flowers with her granddaughter Logan Anna. She took great pride in talking about her two sons, Greg and Mike. Anne was always in both the boy’s corner and her love for both was unmatched.
She loved growing up on Howe Street and was an integral piece of the MacDougall Clan. Anne’s bond with her brothers Gordy, Allan and Roy and her sisters Stella, Marlene and Mary was strong and deep.
Logan Anna, her granddaughter, held a special place in Anne’s heart. She brought a beaming smile to Anne’s face every time she entered the room. She treasured every moment spent with Logan – especially her penultimate scrabble game just one week ago. She will be missed, not gone, held in the hearts of Greg, Mike, Peter and Logan, her brothers and sisters and the countless special friends that loved Anne immensely.
