Lenora Elizabeth Marshall

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lenora Elizabeth "Lily" Marshall, beloved daughter, mother, sister, niece and friend. Lily was born on June 8, 2000 to Dorothy Marshall and Francis Googoo. She was a bright light to those around her. With an infectious smile and even more engaging personality, she knew how to have fun, make others smile and never take anything too seriously.

Her kids and family were her pride and joy and she loved every moment she spent with them. She also enjoyed helping others working with mental health and as a youth support worker. Lily also spent time working with Morris Pizza, Eskasoni Security and in her early days with HT Catering. She also enjoyed travelling whenever she could.

Lily was predeceased by her uncle Perry and her sister Cindy Doucette, grandparents Cora Dennis and Lawrence Marshall.

She is survived and will be deeply missed by her parents, Dorothy & Francis, siblings Dorianna Marshall, Rick Marshall (Carolyn), Francis Googoo jr. (Madonna), Brandon Francis, Plsit Googoo (Keith), Ary-Anna Googoo, Sosep T. Marshall, Azariel K. Peck and Breagh Dennis, uncle Lawrence Marshall (Tammy), aunts Nora Marshall and Elizabeth Gould (Mike), godchildren, whom she cherished, Mariah Doucette and Kyrie Francis, godparents Bonnie Cremo and Charles Francis as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at 5 Sunrise Drive, Eskasoni starting at 7pm on Sunday, April 12 and continuing up until the funeral service which will be held at Holy Family Church, Eskasoni on Tuesday, April 14 at 10am with Fr.
