Betty Lou Culver

Goodwater, AL - Funeral service for Betty Lou Culver, 75, will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Mark Deason officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.

Mrs. Culver died Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. She was preceded in death by father, Oscar Henry Honeycutt; mother, Janie Honeycutt; brother, Carl Honeycutt; brother, Charles Honeycutt; and son-in-law, Kenneth Smith.

She was known for her love of flowers, bird watching, and spending hours talking with her loyal and lifelong friends on the phone. She loved most of all spending time with her family at Christmas. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Bobby Joe Culver; three sons, Dwight (Tina) Culver, Steven Culver, and Patrick (Marianne) Culver; daughter, Jodi Smith; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jake Smith, Nathan Wheeler, Justin Wheeler, Dakota Culver, Levi Wheeler, and Chris Sherum.
