Billy (Cooney) ConnSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Billy (Cooney) Conn, 60, will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Posey and Rev. Mark Deason officiating. He will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery in Fayetteville, AL.Mr. Conn went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Princeton BMC in Birmingham.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Conn, daughter, Tammy Jo Royal and father and mother Clyde and Era Mae Conn.  He was a loving Father, Brother and grandfather and was kind, big hearted and courageous.  Mr. Conn was an officer and member of Southern Fire Motorcycle Club and a good friend to all who knew him and will be greatly missed.  He is survived by daughter, Jennifer Machen husband Mike, son, Timothy Ray Conn wife Misty, daughter, Shonda Conn, daughter, Laura Caldwell husband Anthony, daughter, Kerri Milner, daughter, Kelli Milner, 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 4 Brothers, 8 Sisters, 2 Uncles and 1 Aunt. Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be members of the Southern Fire Motorcycle Club.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
