Charles J. BarteeVincent, AL - Memorial service for Charles J. Bartee, 66, will be Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Vincent Methodist Church with Rev. Terri Milstead officiating.  Mr. Bartee died Monday, July 27, 2015 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.  He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Charles Allen Bartee.  He fought for over 30 years, never gave up - to the very end.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.He is survived by his wife, Denise Bartee of Vincent, AL; daughter, Rose Bowen, husband Richard of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Brent Moore, Brook Moore, Peyton Bowen, September Bowen and Francesca Geeslin and brother, Marshall Bartee, wife Jill of Santa Fe, TX.  The family will receive friends and family at the Bowen home on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at  2413 Overhill Road, Sylacauga, AL 35150.  The family will also receive friends on family at the Bowen home on Wednesday July 29, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at 2413 Overhill Road, Sylacauga, AL 35150.  Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
