Charlotte Pruitt

Alpine, AL. - Charlotte Pruitt, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Charlotte was born in Jemison, Alabama.

Charlotte is survived by her son, Bo Pruitt (Amy); daughters, Patricia Allen (Frank), Rhonda Hall (Darrell); grandchildren, Joshua Pruitt (Zaria Morgan), Kayla Pruitt, Megan Deere (Aaron), Austin Allen (Avery), Matthew Pruitt (Ashley), Mark Pruitt (Cheyenne), Mason Pruitt, Brennon Pruitt; great-grandchildren, Zoey Thomas, Jailee Pruitt, Kree Pruitt, Kaulder Pruitt, Hayden Pruitt, Tanner Pruitt; and brother, Jimmy Lightsey.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Jerry L. Pruitt; parents, Jimmie and Melba Lightsey; brother, Charles Lightsey; and sister, Norma Jean Lightsey.

A visitation for Charlotte will be held Friday, September 19, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. with Bro. Mike Kiser officiating.

Charlotte will be laid to rest in Tallasahatchie Cemetery, 3332 Tallasahatchie Rd, Alpine, Alabama.
