Euliene Bierley Machen

Graveside service Euliene Bierley Machen, age 86, of Sylacauga will be Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 11AM at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Morrison, Rev. Charles Sims and Rev. Rick Patrick officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30-11AM at Curtis and Son North Chapel on Tuesday. Mrs. Machen passed away on August 6, 2016 at Sylacauga Health and Rehab. She was preceded in death by her husband: Franklin P. Machen, parents: Roy P. and Ruby A. Bierley and sisters: Betty Sue Bierley and Lorene B. Smelcher. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sylacauga, the WMU, Sarah Sunday School Class. She was survived by her sons: Larry F. Machen (Rose), William B. Machen (Brenda), daughter: Sue M. Barron (Bill), brother: Ralph P. Bierley, grandchildren: Brandi Gulbis (Kevin), Andrew Machen (Melissa), David Barron (Julie), Jillian Crownover (Clay), Elizabeth Hawkins (C.J.), Will Machen and Benjamin Machen, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. The family would like to thank the staff at Sylacauga Health and Rehab, especially the nurses and CNA’s on the East Wing. Family will accept flowers or donations can be made to the Bereavement and Ellen Horn Scholarship fund at the First Baptist Church in Sylacauga or a favorite charity
