Infant Chambless passed away Friday, September 2, 2016 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.
　
She is survived by her parents, Shane Chambless and Jamie Holley Chambless; sister, Amanda Hope Tucker; grandparents, Rebecca and Allen Gaither, James and Debra Holley; four aunts, Christy Chambless, Deidra and husband Robert Osbourne, Marie and husband Scott Smith, Brandi and husband Joel Childress; and two cousins, Holley Smith and Bailey Childress.
