Mary Elizabeth MorrisSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Mary Elizabeth Morris, 80, will be Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11:00 am at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Dale Abrams officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Goodwater, AL.Mrs. Morris died Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Morris. She loved all of her family.  She looked forward everyday to hearing her granddaughter, Ashley play the trumpet and hearing her bible verses from Tracy, her caregiver.She is survived by her son, Terry Lee Rhone of Winston, GA; daughter, Connie Frye, husband Boyd Frye of Sylacauga, AL; grandchildren, Dustin Frye and Ashley Frye; sisters, Dot Harris and Betty Etress, husband Paul both of Sylacauga, AL; brothers, Nick Matherson of Sylacauga, AL, Dalton Matherson of Sylacauga, AL and Ricky Matherson, wife Teresa of Shreveport, LA; many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. The family would like to give special thanks to Tracy Turney for her care and compassion.
