Patricia Louise Kelley

Patricia is survived by her sister-in-law Sue Pruitt; her nieces Trina Goggins (Tony), Leslie Collier (Norman), and Beth Pruitt; her nephew Jeff Pruitt (Louise) and her 30+ years parrot Bam Bam; and many other great nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Harold Kelley; her father Charlie B. Pruitt and her mother Gertrude Edwards Pruitt; her sisters Brenda Pruitt Curtis and Kim Pruitt Martin; her brother Wayne Pruitt and her brother-in-law Odell Curtis.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Sylacauga, Alabama. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery where Patricia will be laid.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to Sylacauga Animal Shelter, 41 Shelter Lane, Sylacauga, AL 35150 or to a charity of your choice.

Patricia retired from Floyd & Beasley Transfer Co. after many years of service. She had a love for animals and always had a dog sitting in her lap or nearby. She graduated from Sylacauga High School.

A special thank you to the staff at Goodwater Healthcare Center where she resided for the last 3 years. She developed strong friendships and bonds with the nurses and aides and they treated her like family. Thanks also to Southerncare Home Health and Hospice for the kindness and care they shown our sweet Aunt.
