Rosa Mae Roberson

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Rosa Mae Roberson, 95, will be May 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Odena Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Courson and Rev. Don Graves officiating. Mrs. Roberson will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Odena Baptist Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.

Mrs. Roberson died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Van Buren Joiner; mother, Nancy Conaway Joiner; and husband, Alfred Dean Roberson.  She was a lifelong member of Odena Baptist Church where she served as Church Librarian and Church Clerk for over 40 years.

She is survived by three daughters, Mona Kay (Bill) Carter, Colleen (Don) McGregor, Deanie Roberson Wilcher (Kirk Streb). The family would like to send special thanks to Amedisys Hospice; family friend, Barbara Ray; and grandson, Keith Smith.

Visitation will be Monday May 15, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Odena Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Odena Baptist Church.
