Mrs. Sarah Laura Brasher age 82 of Sylacauga, Al passed away at her residence on July 11, 2015. Funeral services for Mrs. Brasher will be Tuesday July 14, 2015 at 3PM at the Curtis and Son North Chapel. Visitation will be on July 13, 2015 from 5-8PM. Burial will be in Talladega Springs Cemetery. Rev. Donnie Blackmon and Rev. John Limbaugh will be officiating the service. Survivors are Sons: Jerry (Lamoon) Brasher of Tuscan, AZ; Randy (Amy) Brasher of Sylacauga;Steve (Tina) Brasher of Fayetteville. Daughters: Elsie Collier; Sue McDaniel; Reba (Doug)Owens & Lib (Kent) Burks of Fayetteville.Grandchildren she raised:Darrell Rogers; Teresa Thomas; Lynn Bryant; Michelle Roberson & Toby Roberson. Grandchildren: Crystal, Tony, Lynn, Harry, Sarah, Grace, Makayla, Brittney, Austin, Steven,Ashton & Catie.Great Grandchildren: Isaiah, Darson, Devon, Dana, Trenton, Tabitha, Kyle, Nicholas, Caden, Paige,Shirley Ann, Dylan, Dalton & Gina.Great Great Grandchildren: Kamron, Ella Faith & Remi. Mrs. Brasher passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.She was predeceased by her husband, Parker Brasher; sons, Parker Ray & Gary Brasher; Parents, Joshua & Ida Lee Smith; three sisters & five brothers. Pallbearers: Steve Brasher, Steven Brasher, Randy Brasher, Austin Brasher, Toby Roberson & Doug Owens. Curtis and Son North Chapel will direct the service.
