Sheilla E. McEwen, age 71, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Sheilla was born in Sylacauga, Alabama to Voncile Ellison and Ociedell Ellison.

Sheilla is survived by her husband, Donnie Ray; her stepson Cam Ray, her aunt Sara Kendrick and her host of Cousins.

Sheilla was preceded in death by her father Ociedell Ellison and her mother Voncile Ellison.

A visitation for Sheilla will be held Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Sylacauga, AL, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Sheilla will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

The family will be receiving flowers or in lieu of flowers, contributions in Sheilla's memory may be made to Sylacauga Animal Shelter.
