Virginia Gladys Jackson CrossSylacauga - Graveside services for Virginia Gladys Jackson Cross, 91, will be Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmie Roberts officiating. Mrs. Cross died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman Cleveland Jackson and Flora Lee Jackson, sisters, Juanita Lois Jackson Argo and Ester Jackson and brother, Donald Valentino Jackson. She taught piano and organ lessons and her music was her favorite thing to do. She also enjoyed yard work. She is survived by her brothers, Thomas Carter Jackson of Duncanville, AL and Manford Durell Jackson of Alexander City, AL; 7 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 28 from 1 - 3 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Manford D.
